1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FateSpoiler service ("Service") operated by FateSpoiler Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must agree to these Terms to use the Service.

2. Definitions

  1. "Service" refers to the content services provided by the Company, including but not limited to Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis, astrology charts, compatibility analysis, and insight readings.
  2. "User" refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  3. "Bok" refers to the virtual currency purchased within the Service to access paid content.

3. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Service at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Service Description

  1. The Company provides Your Fate Spoiler, compatibility analysis, insight readings, and other content generated using artificial intelligence (AI).
  2. Because the content is generated by AI, it may contain errors or inaccuracies and may lack the accuracy or consistency of a human expert. All content provided by the Service is for entertainment and reference purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You should not rely on the content for any medical, legal, financial, or other important decision.
  3. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for operational or technical reasons.

5. User Obligations

  1. Users must not use the Service by impersonating another person or using another person's personal information.
  2. Users must not enter another person's personal information without that person's consent. If you enter another person's real name together with their birth information, you represent and warrant that you have obtained that person's consent.
  3. If you share another person's profile or analysis results (such as a New Year fortune) with any third party, including via a share link, you represent and warrant that you have obtained that person's consent to share such information and to allow third parties to view it. You are solely responsible for any sharing done without such consent, and the Company bears no liability for it.
  4. Users must not commercially exploit or distribute information obtained through the Service without prior written consent from the Company.
  5. Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the stable operation of the Service.

6. Bok and Payments

  1. Users may purchase Bok to access paid content. Bok pricing and quantities are displayed within the Service.
  2. Bok is only usable within the Service and is non-refundable to cash (subject to our separate Refund Policy).
  3. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (PortOne).
  4. Local consumer law. If the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence provide a longer cancellation or refund period than stated in these Terms or our Refund Policy, that longer period will apply to you to the extent required by such laws. For example, consumers residing in the European Union may be entitled to a statutory withdrawal period.

7. Use of AI and Your Data

The Service uses AI to generate content. To do this, information you enter (such as your birth date, time, and place) is transmitted to and processed by our AI provider in order to generate your results. We do not permit your personal information to be used to train the AI provider's models. For details on how we handle your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content provided through the Service (text, images, design, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company.
  2. Users may use their personal analysis results for personal use only.

9. Disclaimer

  1. FateSpoiler is a name for an entertainment service. Despite its name, the Service does not actually know or reveal your fate. Saju, astrology, and compatibility analysis results provided by the Service are for entertainment and reference purposes only. The Company does not guarantee their accuracy or reliability.
  2. The content is generated by AI and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
  3. The Company is not liable for any decisions made by Users based on analysis results from the Service.
  4. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or telecommunications outages.

10. Privacy

The Company protects User personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
  2. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country or state of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement. Where such mandatory provisions apply, they prevail over Section 11.1 to the extent of any conflict.
  3. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act; provided that where the law of your country or state of residence grants exclusive jurisdiction to another court, that court shall apply.
  4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class or collective action.

12. General

  1. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  2. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms, policies, guidelines, or notices displayed elsewhere within the Service — including on payment screens, information-entry screens, and other pages — form part of and are incorporated into these Terms. Together they constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. You must agree to these Terms to use the Service.
