Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for Bok purchases and refunds on the FateSpoiler service ("Service") operated by FateSpoiler Co., Ltd. ("Company").
1. Bok Purchases
- Bok is the virtual currency used to access paid content within the Service, including detailed Your Fate Spoiler, compatibility analysis, and seasonal readings.
- Bok purchases are processed in USD through our payment gateway provider (PortOne).
- Purchased Bok is credited to your account immediately upon successful payment.
- A Premium Pass provides passes (detailed Your Fate Spoiler, compatibility analysis, seasonal readings, etc.) for a set period. The refund conditions below apply equally to Bok and Premium Passes.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available in the following cases:

3. Non-Refundable Cases
⚠️ Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- Content has already been delivered: Your Fate Spoiler, compatibility analysis, fortune readings, and other content are digital products generated in real-time by AI. Once the results have been delivered, refunds are not available.
- Bok has been partially or fully used: Refunds apply only to unused Bok. Because each Bok bundle is a single item, if any Bok from a bundle has been used, that bundle is treated as used and is non-refundable.
- Any pass from a Premium Pass has been used: That payment becomes non-refundable. A Premium Pass is refundable only if none of its passes have been used. For multi-month purchases, eligibility is determined per payment (per month).
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- Service access restricted due to user violation (account suspension, etc.)
4. Local Consumer Law
If the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence provide a longer cancellation or refund period than stated above, that longer period will apply to you to the extent required by such laws. For example, consumers residing in the European Union may be entitled to a statutory withdrawal period.
5. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email (see below).
- The Company will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Account email address
- Date and time of purchase
- Purchase amount
- Reason for refund
7. Refunds Upon Service Termination
If the Company terminates the Service, all unused Bok as of the termination date will be fully refunded. Users will be notified at least 30 days prior to service termination.
8. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Refund Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Matters not covered by this Refund Policy shall be governed by our Terms of Service and applicable law.
